School Meals

School Dinners: The school provides healthy hot and cold dinners prepared on the premises by Mellors.

They operate a three week menu which means that the meals change each week for three weeks before starting the cycle again.

There are regular themed meals e.g. Bonfire Night, Christmas Dinner, Valentine’s Day, World Book Day, etc when children who usually bring packed lunches can also have a school dinner.  These need to be booked in advance via the Arbor App and paid for separately.

Packed Lunches: As an alternative parents may provide their own packed lunch, but we do not allow glass bottles for safety reasons. We also ask that you avoid fizzy drinks and sweets and limit the amount of crisps, chocolate biscuits etc.

Free School Meals: All children in Reception, Year 1 and Year 2  receive a universal free school meal. Many parents are entitled to claim free-school meals for other children. The school encourages you to do this as it means increased funding for the school, whether your child takes up the school dinner or prefers a packed lunch.
