It has been great to see all our children back in school. We have really missed them all.
Thank you for your understanding and patience with the new systems that we have in place to help keep us all as safe as we can. Please continue to arrive for drop off and pick up times, on your own, at the correct time, wearing a mask and keep two metres apart from others.
We do not know how long these measures will have to be in place but we are aware that individual children may have to be absent from school due to self-isolation or being symptomatic of Covid. It is possible that whole bubbles will have to be sent home if we have confirmation of a positive case. This will mean that children will miss more learning over the next few terms.
We are keen that children continue to learn even if they are absent from school, providing that they are not suffering from illness. We have, therefore, provided home learning for every year group which children can access if they are self-isolating. This will be updated weekly so there will be plenty for your child to get on with. The home learning can be found under the class pages below.
In the event of a bubble closure, home learning will be provided via the Seesaw app so please make sure that you have access to this and have set up your children’s accounts. Work will be posted on Seesaw daily for children whose bubble has closed and will be responded to by teachers.
Please do contact us if you have any queries.
