Welcome to St Paul’s CE Primary School.
My name is Wendy Budsworth and I am proud to be the Principal at St Paul’s, a small, friendly school where we aim to put our Christian values at the heart of everything we do.
I believe that all children should have the opportunity to be the best that they can be regardless of their background and this belief forms the basis for our school’s vision. I also consider that children should be prepared for life as global citizens and that they should learn how to be confident and compassionate individuals who understand that they can make a difference to the world around them through their thoughts and actions. Our school Christian values support our children in acquiring these skills.
Having worked in Salford schools for over 30 years, I have a good local knowledge and understanding of the needs of children and families in our local community and aim to put this to good use in ensuring that our school provides an enriching curriculum for all.
Along with the school’s leadership team, we are focused on ensuring that we provide an effective learning environment so that all our pupils can reach their true potential. We are constantly striving to raise standards through consistent and collaborative approaches from the whole school community.
I am fully committed to supporting pupils and staff on our journey towards excellence and value the contributions that parents make. I look forward to developing positive relationships between home and school over the coming years.

We use the Arbor app for all communications. You will be emailed details of how to get onto this, including a password when your child starts school. If you have any problems accessing the app, please contact the school office.
